How to Get to Perros Libres

From Free Cerveza Hostel

Directions

Take a lancha from the nearby dock to Tzununa. Once you arrive, head up to the main road from the dock, turn right, and take your first left. A ten-minute walk up the hill will bring you to Perros Libres, identifiable by its bamboo gate and the sound of barking dogs. Alternatively, you can hike the lower lake trail for a scenic 1.5-hour journey.
