The Volunteer Role
- Regular Shifts: Work five 6-hour shifts weekly, handling guest services, bar tasks, meals, and cleanup.
- Lead Activities: Guide sunrise SUP tours, hikes, trivia, cooking classes, and more for extra incentives.
- Cultural Enthusiasm: Embrace the vibrant life at our boat-only eco-lodge set in Guatemala’s stunning yet rugged terrain.
What We’re Looking For
- Language Skills: Conversational Spanish is a plus, but an eagerness to learn is highly valued.
- Experience in Hospitality: Preferred but not essential—we seek smilers, not sommeliers!
- Duration: Volunteers who can commit to a stay of 4+ weeks are preferred.
- Special Skills: We’re always looking for volunteers with skills in painting, carpentry, gardening, yoga, or electrical work.
