Cerro Tzankujil Nature Reserve?

The Cerro Tzankujil Nature Reserve in San Marcos is a fun outdoor activity for groups of all sizes. Entrance to the reserve is usually around Q15 per person, which gives you access to beautiful walking trails and the renowned cliff jump!

The cliff is about 12 meters high and you jump off of a large wooden deck area with a lifeguard watching nearby. It’s an exhilarating, adrenaline-pumping experience that we highly recommend for any thrill-seekers visiting Lake Atitlan.

Then afterward, if you’re hungry, just walk down the beautiful streets of San Marcos where there are multiple delicious food options and interesting shops to explore.

How to get to Cerro Tzankujil Nature Reserve

Directions

Take a lancha from the Free Cerveza dock to San Marcos. From there, take a short walk to Cerro Tzankujil Nature Reserve.

Roughly 30 mins. (20 minutes on the boat, 5-10 minutes walking)
