Why Should You Visit
The Little Spoon?
The vibe at The Little Spoon is fantastic! The staff are super welcoming, the food is delicious (with plenty of vegan, vegetarian, and gluten-free options), and the bar is always stocked — cocktails included.
The café’s open-air design features a full wall balcony, lots of seating, and plenty of outlets, making it the perfect place to enjoy the breeze or get some work done. Upstairs, you’ll find a completely open-air space with a bar, tables, and great views of Panajachel.
We love everything on the menu — it’s colorful, filling, and made with fresh, local ingredients. The food feels both satisfying and guilt-free, and it’s become our go-to spot for a tasty breakfast or brunch. Their fish tacos are a must-try, perfectly cooked and served with a delicious sauce, and the chicken sandwich hits the spot with super crunchy fried chicken and hearty portions.
The Little Spoon is also very accommodating to different dietary needs, offering a wide variety of vegan, vegetarian, and gluten-free dishes, and they’re happy to make small adjustments if you want to swap or remove something.
Looking for something fun to do? The Little Spoon runs activities and events almost every day as well!
