Why Should You Visit

Seoul Food?

Korean food on Lake Atitlán sounds like a stretch, but Seoul Food is the real deal. This Korean restaurant sits right by the public docks in Panajachel, inside Guineo Village next to Azul Rosa, and it's become one of the most loved spots on the lake for good reason.

The food is fresh, carefully prepared, and genuinely authentic. The owners import key Korean ingredients to make sure of it. The menu has something for everyone: bibimbap, dumplings, and a solid selection of beef, pork, chicken, shrimp, and tofu dishes. Vegan options are plentiful too, and the kitchen is accommodating when it comes to allergies. Wash it all down with soju, a Korean drink, or one of their fresh juices.

The location is hard to beat too. Seoul Food sits right on the Panajachel waterfront with some of the best lake views in town. One tip: bring a layer for the evening – once the sun goes down it gets cold fast.

Open daily from noon to 8pm.
